3. a) 1-1 Online Dog Training Programmes  (operated by Maiak9).

We provide personalized and professional dog training services. Training outcomes may vary depending on your dog’s temperament, behavior, and consistency with reinforcement at home.

1. b) Boarding and Training (Operated by Maiak9 in London).

While your dog is in our care, we provide a safe and enriching environment. Owners are required to disclose all relevant health, temperament, and behavioral information before booking.

1. c) Dog Grooming (Operated by Canicrew LTD in London)

Our grooming services prioritize the health and comfort of your dog. Grooming appointments require accurate disclosure of your dog’s behavior to ensure their safety and the safety of our team.

1. d) Dog Walking (Operated by Canicrew LTD in London)

Our dog walking services aim to provide exercise and enrichment for your dog. Owners must ensure their dog is in good health and fit for walking.

1. e) Online Shop (operated by Maiak9).

Our online shop offers products for dogs and dog owners. Prices, availability, and product descriptions are subject to change without notice.

1. f) Membership for Online Content (operated by Maiak9).

Membership grants access to exclusive training materials, videos, and other content. Memberships are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings for services must be made through our website or by contacting us directly.
• Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• Refunds or rescheduling are subject to the terms specific to each service and require prior approval.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Dog Training: Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
• Boarding and Training: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date may be charged in full. Additional charges may apply during festivities and public bank holidays.
• Grooming and Walking: Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid charges.
• Memberships and Online Shop: Refunds for memberships are not provided for partial months. Products from the online shop can only be returned if unused and in original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

5. Dog Owner Responsibilities

• Owners must disclose all medical, behavioral, and dietary needs of their dog before booking any service.
• Vaccinations must be up to date, and proof may be required.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse services if a dog is deemed unfit for participation or poses a risk to staff or other animals.

6. Liability

• We take every precaution to ensure your dog’s safety and well-being. However, we are not liable for any injury, illness, or loss arising from unforeseeable incidents.
• Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their dog to property, staff, or other animals.
